The program (morning) includes:
- h. 9.00 Arrival at the Arrone Excursion Center, short course on cycling technique.
- h. 9.30 Departure for an excursion at the bottom of the valley - Tour of the Marmore Falls.
- Return to the Center for a short relaxing session followed by a hot shower.
- h. 13.00 - picnic by the river or in a restaurant.

The park is located in the municipality of Terni and is a protected area that measures more than 2000 hectares : you can ride one of our mountain bike and get to know one of the most beautiful areas of the region, while you will travel along a stretch of the valley suitable for everyone, accompanied by one of our expert instructors !
Your adventure will begin with the meeting at the Cycling School Excursion Center in Arrone , where there will be a short theoretical course introductory , during which you will be explained how to maneuver the bike and you will be given some information about the itinerary you will follow: once this first phase is finished you will be ready to go!
The excursion is suitable for everyone: the stretch you will cover consists of soft hills and you will skirt the left bank of the Black River and thus you will arrive at the Cascata delle Marmore , considered the highest in Europe , crossing paths and hills, immersing yourself in the typical vegetation of Umbria , the Mediterranean scrub and you will refresh yourself with a bath in the waters of the falls.
Once you return to the center you can participate in a relaxing session and finally decide how to have lunch: you can choose one of the delicious restaurants in the area or book your basket homemade , prepared by a local grocery and containing 2 sandwiches with fresh cold cuts, a drink and a fruit!
