Dedicate a whole weekend to wellness: with Discovering Walking you will have the opportunity to experience the beneficial practice of Nordic Walking , accompanied by a qualified ANWI certified instructor .

The expert instructor Fraccaro Jamaica awaits you every second Saturday of the month for a two-hour refinement course in Nordic walking techniques, the practice of "Nordic walking" increasingly practiced in our country thanks to the many benefits that it allows from the point of view of blood circulation, muscle tone and elasticity and physical well-being in general.

The activity is divided into two days:

Saturday: meeting at 4.00 pm for the 2-hour course,
Sunday: meeting at 9.00 for a guided walk in the company of the instructor, during which it will be possible to put into practice the notions learned during the course and explore the splendid hiking routes of Asolo and surroundings (approximate duration of the walk 5 hours - return scheduled at 16.30).
