Description of 1.5 hour SUP individual lesson in Soverato

Our association organizes introductory lessons to the sport of SUP or paddle surfing, a very fun sport that can be practiced by anyone who knows how to swim. The sup consists in going aboard a board that is called a longboard and the use of a paddle specially designed for the Sup, is very similar to surfing with the difference of the paddle.

Our center boasts qualified instructors certified according to ISA standards , valid all over the world, all with many years of experience in the table sports sector and in teaching courses to any type of student. The lesson will last an hour and a half which will take place at our center in the Soverato area, in the province of Catanzaro, divided into a theoretical and a practical part , where there will be a short briefing on the basics of paddle surfing.

The price of the lesson obviously includes all types of equipment necessary to carry out the lesson, and if it takes place in winter we also include a wetsuit and boots. If you are passionate about the sea and board sports, this is the offer for you.
