Our association organizes SUP courses, a sport also known as Stand Up Paddle or Paddle Surf, sport that derives from the "cousin" Surf which is practiced on board a board called longboard, through the '' use of a paddle designed specifically for this sport and the leash, used to secure the board to the person.

We offer in this proposal a SUP course lasting 6 hours divided into 4 days , to be carried out at our center located in the area of Soverato in the province of Catanzaro, to learn the basic techniques and the main notions of this fantastic and exciting sport. You will be followed by a specialized and recognized ISA instructor who, thanks to the experience gained over years and years of practice, will advise you on all the steps to follow to have a rapid development of your technique . They will follow you step by step during all the theoretical lessons with practical support, with the help of a dedicated boat, through which you will have support at sea in any situation .

Obviously, the price of the course includes all the necessary equipment to carry out the activity in complete safety, including the board, the paddle, the leash and if the courses take place in winter we will available also wetsuit and boots to offer you a complete package from every point of view.
