AFF (Accelerated Free Fall) is a modern flying method , born in the United States, which aims to achieve the skills necessary for the individual jump, in the shortest possible time.

It is structured in a practical and a theoretical part. After an introduction of about 10/12 hours , where you will be given the essential information to coordinate movements in the air, yes switches to the actual flight phase.

This moment is developed in 7 progressive difficulty levels , one for each launch. Up to the third, you will jump accompanied by two experienced JM instructors; from the fifth, you will perform the guided descent via radio and with the help of a single teacher.

The course can be held at any time of the year or, depending on the weather conditions, and by anyone. In fact, there are no particular contraindications. You only need a competitive medical certificate for sport skydiving.

At the end of the lessons, after having passed all the required levels, a diploma will be awarded .
