It consists of a walk or run with sticks specially designed and used with specific techniques. Regardless of the age and gender of those who practice it, Nordic walking is an aerobic sport that improves muscles, relaxes and entertains.

Eurorafting MTB opens the doors of its center to all mountain bike enthusiasts, offering them a wide choice of routes among the hundreds present in Val di Sole.

The entire valley has in fact a great variety of itineraries for all tastes, which wind through meadows, woods and dirt tracks, along streams and enjoying the suggestive backdrop of the Dolomites.

There is also a cycle path of about 35 km that goes from Cogolo to Mostizzolo, along the Noce stream and the Dolomiti Express railway line (on which trains equipped for transporting bikes travel).

Eurorafting MTB has a well-equipped rental center, where you can rent mountain bikes and use them independently for as long as you want.

The Eurorafting center also provides all the equipment and organizational support (transport to the starting point; assistance from a qualified instructor) to those who want to try their hand at breathtaking downhill descents.
