Archery lesson in Salerno 1h

Have you always wanted to hold a bow and arrows and imitate the legendary Robin Hood? We give you the opportunity to try this beautiful activity in the city of Salerno.

Here you can take part in an introductory archery lesson, assisted by expert federal instructors who will be able to help you at any time. The lesson lasts one hour and is divided into two parts: an initial briefing, in which the safety, posture and breathing rules and the main shooting techniques will be explained to you.

In the second part, however, you will have to put into practice what you have learned by trying to exercise your concentration and aim at the target. We are sure that this introductory lesson will make you fall in love with this sporting discipline which will help you train strength but focus better on your goals, training your ability to concentrate.
