2-hour body canyoning in the Alcantara valley

In Sicily, a few steps from Taormina, a team of experts from the world of river sports is waiting to guide you among streams, waterfalls and slides natural resources to discover the Alcantara valley, on an exciting body canyoning excursion.

Go to the meeting point, in a farmhouse in Alcantara where our team is waiting for you to prepare you for this canyoning adventure with an initial briefing where you will know the rules to respect along the route, for your safety and that of the whole group.

So, after having put on the wetsuit, the safety helmet, the shoes and the life jacket we will walk between the lava walls of the gorge, up to 30 meters high, until we reach the river entrance to begin this river adventure.

We will swim against the current among the rapids, climb the rocky walls and jump into the water using different river trekking techniques, until we reach the deepest point of the Alcantara gorges, always accompanied by our team of experts ready and prepared to resolve any inconvenience that may arise along the way.

Once you reach the target point for this body canyoning the real fun will begin with dives and descents into the crystal clear waters of the Larderia gorges in the heart of the famous valley Alcantara, up to the starting point of our canyoning excursion, after a journey of approximately 2 kilometres.
