Description of Cross-country skiing course 1st level
There are two fundamental aspects that make this ski touring or cross-country skiing course an interesting and unmissable experience: on the one hand, the pleasure of being able to spend four days in uncontaminated sites, in contact with nature and relaxing , immersed in an environment of extraordinary beauty, on the other, the advantage of trying and learning an activity that will allow you to enjoy the mountains in winter and practice an original and fun form of hiking.
All methods established by the F.I.S.I. will be followed for teaching. (Italian Winter Sports Federation), the course is aimed at beginners and will therefore also be accessible to those who have never put on skis or have only had sporadic or self-taught experience with this sport in the past.
Our objective will be to give participants the basic theoretical and practical tools regarding the specialty of ski touring, so as to allow independent activity on easy and medium itineraries at the end of the course.

What does the activity include
The price includes:
- registration (registration is free for members in good standing of the ASD Natura Avventura Outdoor),
- accident insurance.
How long the activity lasts
The duration of the activity is made up of four practical outings (4 Sundays) for a daily commitment of approximately 4/5 hours a day.
