The lesson is divided into two sessions: a first part which includes the preparation of the equipment, ten minutes of navigation and a very important theoretical lesson to learn the main underwater breathing techniques at a depth of six metres, and finally in the second part will proceed to dive.
This experience is specially designed for beginners, so no previous experience is required, the important thing is to know how to swim, be at least 12 years old and possess a medical certificate certifying your fitness for this type of activity.

The duration of the lesson is approximately two hours.
When your activity starts and finishes
The activity can only be carried out during the summer months, from 9 to 18. The time of the activity will be agreed after booking directly with the structure.
