The package consists of a theoretical part and a practical part in which you will get involved in the first person and experience underwater breathing. The theoretical lesson lasting an hour and a half, we believe is of fundamental importance to assimilate the most important notions to carry out a perfect dive.

The activity will be carried out near the baths of Punta Sant'Antonio in Spotorno, in the province of Savona. to participate in the lesson you must be 12 years old and present a medical certificate certifying your fitness to dive.
