If you want to get closer to the world of free diving here is the course for you!
This is the Freediver Level 1 Course, during which you will learn to know and use scuba diving equipment correctly, practicing different breathing and relaxation techniques in the water.
The expert instructors who will give the freediving lessons will teach you to hold your breath and relax your body immersed in the thermal water of the swimming pool where the course takes place, in the so-called "static apnea" lessons. /strong>".
You will therefore have to learn to compensate for the pressure on your ears by going deep with both your fins and the Free Immersion cable.
Thanks to the PADI Freediver Course you will learn to dive to a depth between 10 and 16 meters, spending up to 90 seconds in static apnea. At the end of the course, and having exceeded the course objectives, you will be ready to obtain the PADI Freediver international certification.
The course includes six hours of theoretical lessons and six practice meetings which will take place at the Piscina Azzurra in Buccinasco.
