Furthermore, our instructors will explain all the basic principles of diving, freediving techniques, first breath exercises underwater and will follow you step by step so that you can have a fantastic experience. The dive is carried out in the sea near Santa Marinella or at Lake Bracciano during the summer months while during the winter months in the pool in Frascati. The class will last approximately two hours, the time needed to fall in love with the world of diving!
