They are all activities of medium difficulty that do not require great skill to be carried out. The only requirements are to have a minimum height of 130cm and a maximum weight of 100kg. You can test your balance with rope bridges, swinging walkways, ziplines and ropes.
Everything will be done in total safety: you will receive harnesses and helmets during an initial briefing in which our instructors will explain the rules of behavior to maintain throughout the activity.
