Since we will take you to discover the woods and hills around the farm, it is advisable that participants already have experience in this type of activity, and that they are in good physical condition.
The route will not be flat but will be characterized by small climbs and descents typical of the hilly landscape. We assure you that it will be worth it, you will see lakes, streams and the fauna that populates our areas: it is in fact possible to encounter roe deer!
At the venue you will be provided with everything you need to carry out the route, including the helmet.
