What does the activity include
The Bosco Festival includes:
- Coordinated table with a choice of 10 cartoon characters

How long the activity lasts
Use of the room and play area from 4pm to 7pm.
When your activity starts and finishes
The playroom is open at the following times:
- Monday: 4.00pm-7.00pm
- from Wednesday to Saturday: 3.30pm - 7.00pm
- Sunday: 4.00pm - 7.00pm.

How does it work?
- Purchase the activity with Fixed Date.
- Get the activity with Open Date. You'll have 90 days to activate the date.

What happens in case of bad weather?
Don't worry about the weather. If the provider cancels due to weather conditions or unexpected issues, you can postpone the date at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

Fixed Date bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather or issues with the provider. Bookings without a date or for gifting can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
