Description of Basic Kite course in Fiumicino
The basic course proposed by the Sport Kite Italia Federation lasts 10 hours and is structured in such a way as to allow the students to learn the basic notions and thus become capable of immediately tackling their first trips into the water on their own.
Goals:
The instructor reserves the right to make the start in the water based on the student's level of learning.
Goals:
- safety rules and systems, kite assembly, flight window and wind knowledge (2 hours);
- kite flying technique on the ground (2 hours);
- dragging to the ground with the kite (2 hours);
- shore departure simulations (2 hours);
- starting technique in the water (2 hour).
