4-hour MTB tour of the medieval villages of Arrone

If you like sport and are a nature lover, you can't miss this opportunity: you will travel along a valley bottom route suitable for everyone, immersed in the Nera River Park, a protected area full of greenery where you can see up close the typical vegetation of this region, the Mediterranean scrub.

Furthermore, you will pass through the villages of Arrone, Casteldilago and Ferentillo, small and delightful medieval villages and, along the way, you will be able to test your skills techniques in overcoming some natural obstacles such as the stream ford and the vegetable tunnel; one of the characteristics that makes the village of Ferrentillo famous is the presence of natural cliffs that offer the possibility of trying free climbing.

Once the visit is over, we will set off again towards the Excursion Center, walking along the left bank of the Nera river and, once we return to the starting point, it will be possible to take part in a cool-down session and then move on to lunch: you can choose from the numerous restaurants in the area or the homemade basket, prepared by a local grocery store and containing stuffed sandwiches, drink and dessert!
