The program (morning) includes:
- h. 9.00 Arrival at the Arrone Excursion Center, short course on cycling technique.
- h. 9.30 Departure for an excursion to the valley floor - Tour of the Marmore Falls.
- Return to the Center for a short cool-down session followed by a hot shower.
- h. 1.00pm - picnic by the river or in a restaurant.

The park is located in the municipality of Terni and is a protected area measuring more than 2000 hectares: you can get on one of our mountain bike and get to know one of the most beautiful areas of the region, while you will travel along a stretch of valley floor suitable for everyone, accompanied by one of our expert instructors!
Your adventure will begin with the meeting at the Cycling School Excursion Center in Arrone, where there will be a short theoretical course introductory , during which you will be explained how to maneuver the bike and you will be given some information on the itinerary that you will follow: once this first phase is over you will be ready to set off!
The excursion is suitable for everyone: the stretch you will follow is made up of soft hilly reliefs and you will skirt the left bank of the Nera River and thus arrive at the Marmore Waterfalls, considering the highest in Europe, crossing paths and hills, immersing yourself in the typical vegetation of Umbria, the Mediterranean scrub and you will refresh yourself with a bath in the waters of the waterfalls.
Once you return to the center you can take part in a cooling-down session and finally decide how to have lunch: you can in fact choose one of the delicious restaurants in the area or book your basket homemade, prepared by a local grocer and containing 2 sandwiches with fresh cold cuts, a drink and fruit!
