Description of Mountainbike Advanced course in Arrone
Don't miss our advanced mountain bike course: surrounded by the Umbrian beauty you will have the opportunity to train and perfect your technique on two wheels, thanks to the help of an expert teacher.
During the various excursions you will be guided by an Master of the Italian Cycling Federation who will give you continuous guidance to improve any small detail during your approach to this sport.
You can ask him any question and clarify any doubts: the objective will be to improve in the different technical steps.
During the journey you will find natural obstacles where the overcoming techniques explained by the teacher will be applied.
The tests will be repeated for as long as necessary to learn them best: All Mountain, Enduro, Cross Country, Down Hill< excursions /strong> and Free Ride, technical improvements on out of the saddle, curves, maximum gradient descent on rough and slippery surfaces.

Does not include:
- half-day shuttle transport (we have a similar offer that includes it).
The expected duration of the Advanced course is half a day.
Two summer time slots: 9:00 - 13:00 or 14:00 - 18:00
Single winter shift: 10:00 - 17:00
