Description of NordicWalking + tastings

On 26 May a great event dedicated to taste awaits you in Veneto: "Cantine Aperte" will allow you to savor the precious locally produced wines and savor the delicacies of Venetian regional cuisine.

At Discovering Walking we thought we would take advantage of the opportunity to offer you a whole day dedicated to well-being: we will combine a beautiful Nordic Walking walk along the natural paths of the province of Treviso , among the Asolo vineyards, famous for the production of Prosecco and a tour with tasting in the renowned cellars of the area.

Plan:

9.00 am - Departure from Paderno del Grappa for a walk "Among the vineyards of Asolo Prosecco COCG", accompanied by a trained Nordic instructor from the centre.
10.30 am - Stop for wine tasting on the hills near Asolo, inside an ancient courtyard of the Casa Padronale del Bello,
12.30 pm - Arrival at the cellar for the Open Cellars day; here you can participate in a selected wine tasting accompanied by hot and cold products from the local cuisine.
Guided visit inside the cellar with musical entertainment and exhibition of the gardens and local crafts.
3.30 pm (approximately) - end of activities.

What does the activity include

Participation in the excursion accompanied by a Nordic walking instructor

Does not include:

possibility of renting carbon poles (3 euros),
possibility for those with mobility problems to complete the section of the walk with the tourist train from Asolo to the cellars.

How long the activity lasts

The duration of the activity is one day, May 26th.

The Nordic walking excursion is easy, suitable for everyone, and has a length of approximately 12 km.

The starting time of the activities is set for 9.00 am. End of activity expected around 3.30pm.
