This beautiful activity consists in standing on a board similar to that of surfing , propelling thanks to a special paddle. On the surface it seems like an undemanding exercise, but in reality it is an activity that makes the whole body work, making you do a complete workout!

Our offer consists of a 1 hour lesson, where our qualified instructor, after a briefing on land on the behavior to be kept on a board, will bear you in the water.
