The stand up paddle is a water sport that thanks to the balance and which is used and the propulsion used to move, it is possible to train the whole body, even if apparently it does not seem to make any effort .

Our stand up paddle class in Bari is open to everyone, even those with no experience in water sports. Our certified IKO instructors will be able to give you all the knowledge and support to perform this relaxing activity in the best possible way!

The lesson lasts approximately 1 hour, where usually for beginners, there will be an initial briefing to explain the basic rules, and all the necessary equipment will be guaranteed by our staff.
