Sup on the Nera river for 2 and a half hours

Surely you have seen many movies with people surfing standing on boards with paddles in hand, but you have never dared to do so. Today we give you the opportunity to experience this sup activity, in particular on the Black River , a stream that crosses Umbria.

As we said before, sup or stand up paddle is a sport that consists of getting on a board and navigating standing up, while pushing yourself with a paddle. It is a type of surfing that was born in Hawaii and that allows you to experience the river in a totally different and special way.

You can come with friends and family and organize a different day starting from Ferentillo . Everyone will have their own board and will receive a briefing with all the techniques to start this sport.

The rules will be established by an experienced specialist who will take care of all the details of the adventure so that everything is perfect. He will also provide you with all the necessary equipment, including a paddle, a board, a helmet, a vest and a neoprene wetsuit.

This sup adventure is designed for people of all ages, ages 5 and up. No experience is required, although we believe it is important to emphasize that the difficulty level is medium.
