The rapid course will cover the fundamental techniques of ski mountaineering:

Climbing technique (basic progression shifted step, lateral step, turn step, turnaround, elementary tip insert),
Descent technique (Cristiania, floating tack).

In the company of the mountain guide Stefano Michelazzi you can attend this interesting and fun basic ski mountaineering course, absolutely complete and highly practical.

The course will deal with different topics related to the high mountains, as well as the basic techniques.

The phases concern

Climbing techniques (Basic progression shifted step, side step, turn step, turn-around, elementary tip, Ipsilon and Epsilon),
Descent techniques (Cristiania, Buoyancy tack, parallel, back-front upstream and downstream),
Search overwhelmed by avalanche (Use of the ARTVA device, use of the probe, excavation methods),
Organization of the excursion (Understanding snow reports, assessments of the terrain, choice of trail and micro-trail).
