The course lasts one day, with a 4/5 hour excursion.

In the company of mountain guide Stefano Michelazzi you can attend this interesting and fun basic ski mountaineering course, absolutely complete and highly practical.The course will deal with different topics related to the high mountains, as well as basic techniques.
The phases concern
- Climbing techniques (Basic progression, translating step, lateral step, turning step, elementary toe-threaded turnaround, ad Ipsilon and Epsilon),
- Descent techniques (Cristiania, floating turn, parallel, upstream and downstream turnaround),
- Search for victims of an avalanche (Use of the ARTVA device, use of the probe, excavation methods),
- Organization of the trip (Understanding snow reports, terrain assessments, choice of track and microtrack).
