We will start from Costara which is located at 1100 metres, from here we will take the Sentiero Frassati to our refuge, where we will light the fire and cook something to taste together. After dinner we will prepare for the night, come and spend a wonderful night with us!

The next day, when we wake up and after a good breakfast we will start from the 1610 meters of the refuge to arrive at 1710 meters of Monte Arioso.

From here we will even be able to admire the Tyrrhenian Sea, a unique experience that is difficult to reproduce!

From here we will return to the starting point, for a total of 10 hours of walking, 600 meters of altitude difference uphill and 600 meters down, in short, an adventure for everyone.
