windsurfing is a sport that in the last period has become very fashionable especially among young people, this is because it offers truly unique and unforgettable emotions and allows you to train while having fun!

This water sport is a variation of surfing and consists of navigating on the water thanks to the use of a board, similar to that of surf , and a sail . With this basic course you will have the opportunity to learn all the secrets of this sport and to discover Sardinia from a completely different perspective, that of windsurfing !

The course is divided into two days and each lesson will last approximately 2 hours. Before starting to sail in the sea there will obviously be a theoretical lesson on the beach provided by our qualified instructors, in which you will be explained how this sport works, its characteristics and how to face the waves of the sea in total safety.

In the first lesson you will learn how to hoist the sail, put yourself in the correct position for the start, navigate the beam and rotate the board to change the direction of sailing. In the second lesson, instead, we will go into the more technical aspects of this sport, you will learn to navigate at different speeds, upwind and downwind.

The teaching method used by us for the lessons of the windsurf course follows the didactic guidelines of the VDWS (international association of water sports) and aims to make the student independent and in maximum safety.
