The parachuting activity in the Aereo Club Latina Parachuting began in 1975 and over the years almost 50,000 jumps have been carried out.

And the sporting results achieved by Latina enthusiasts are noteworthy: in addition to the participation of the precision team in various sporting events and having hosted the national parachuting championships in 1987 and 1996, the Aeroclub boasted 2 Italian champions in 2000 (ANPdI and AECI) Antonella Tondi and Carla Brighetti.

Our history is relatively recent... the first plane of the newly formed association was a Macchi 308, housed in one of the two hangars granted by AMI and located in the corner of the "E.Comani" military airport in Latina Stopover.
Technical assistance was also guaranteed by AMI specialists on weekends. Over the years the fleet has seen a Fairchild F24 and a Stinson, another Macchi and a couple of Piper L18s. In 1970 the first Partenavia P64 with 100hp arrived, to which a 150hp version was later added. In the 80s the club obtained 2 P66C Charlies and at the beginning of the 90s a Tampico also arrived.
Since 1985 the Aeroclub Latina has had a space just south of the military runway with an independent entrance. The offices, the pilots' room, the classrooms, the parachute folding room, the workshop, two hangars and the catering room were gathered here.
