The Aeroclub Ali Maremma is made up of about 70 members, of which 35 are pilots and the others are divided by various specialties.
The Club headquarters is located in Grosseto, inside the Civil Scalo where the offices and the hangar for the aircraft shelter are located.

The Aeroclub Ali Maremma Voli Aereo organizes courses for obtaining the Private Aircraft Pilot License (APPL), a title that allows you to pilot aircraft for tourism purposes around the world (subject to authorization to radiotelephony in English).
Achieving this license is the first step for those wishing to pursue a career as a professional driver.
The course is divided into two parts:
The course concludes with a written ministerial exam.
All educational material is provided to students by the same Aeroclub at the time of registration.

At the Aeroclub Ali Maremma Volo Ultralight you will be able to obtain the Pilot Certificate for Pleasure and Sports Flight (VDS), which allows you to fly ultralight aircraft.
VDS devices are not considered Aircraft and therefore are not subject to the regulations governing the latter.
With them it is possible to land and take off on the airfields without special requests or authorizations (except that of the landowner), while it is forbidden to land on the airports.
The course is structured in two parts:
The course of the Aeroclub Ali Maremma Volo Ultralight ends with an exam consisting of a theoretical test and a practical test (a flight around the camp under the supervision of an AeCI examiner).
