All you have to do is travel a little further away from the capital and reach the Salle Bridge in the Majella National Park in Abruzzo. This bridge, famous and well-known throughout central and southern Italy, has a total height of 100 metres and is considered the highest masonry bridge in Europe. It allows you to enjoy a pure adrenaline jump of 90 metres and, for the first 65 metres, you will feel like you are flying much as if you were a hawk. When you try the first bounce you will realise that the only thing holding you up is the 22-metres long narrow elastic band that will be attached to your ankle.

The elastic rope we're talking about is securely attached to both the jumping platform and your ankles, plus a survival rope in the rare event that the elastic accidentally breaks. This is what makes bungee jumping such an extreme sport, yes, but also a totally safe one.

Throughout the experience, the staff's job will be to make you feel comfortable, calm and prepared and ready to jump and push yourself to the limit!

Before the activity you will be given a step-by-step explanation of the whole procedure. Bungee jumping is, in general, an activity suitable for everyone and requires almost no effort or physical ability.
