Zeus Canoe

Zeus Canoe located in Cagliari, one of the most beautiful cities in Sardinia, it is the center that offers you the opportunity to practice canoeing on the sea or on the river thanks to the variety of places it is surrounded by .

The school organizes introductory and advanced canoeing courses:

• Basic Course: aims to teach the fundamental steps in the water and to give the basic safety notions. Consisting of 5 lessons, it includes individual or group courses.
• Advanced Course: aims to achieve good execution of the fundamentals in running water. The course consists of 4 lessons which can be group or individual.

Each lesson lasts about an hour and everything regarding the equipment (canoe, splash guard, paddle and life jacket) will be provided by the school. Students must wear a swimsuit, woolen sweater, woolen socks and bring a dry change with them.

Special courses are also planned:

• Sea canoe
• Canoe polo
• River canoe
