We are well aware that this sport might seem difficult and that this could demotivate you from trying it, so we have thought of a tailor-made class for you!
It is an introductory lesson, in which, followed by expert and specialized instructors, you will learn the basics of climbing and become familiar with the climbing wall and the various tools to be used. You will understand which category is most suitable for you, whether the bouldering version or rope climbing.
We advise you to bring sports clothing with you that allows you to move with skill, and does not create any kind of impediment; while harnesses and shoes on this occasion will be provided on site.
You will see that after this lesson you will not be able to do without enrolling in the course and becoming a real climber.

What does the activity include
The price includes: lesson time insurance and the presence of an expert instructor throughout the lesson.
How long the activity lasts
The duration of the lesson is approximately one hour.
When your activity starts and finishes
The trial lesson can be held on Thursdays from 20:00 to 21:00 in the Acqua Acetosa office, or on Fridays from 20:00 to 21:00 in the Portonaccio office.
