14-hour diving course in Lamezia Terme

In our outdoor center, in Lamezia Terme, in the province of Catanzaro, you will find our instructors waiting for you, with many years of experience behind them, who will be ready to welcome you and to accompany you in this curious marine world.

This diving course will begin with an introduction to the complete activity, in which with an initial briefing you will be able to better understand how the theoretical and practical lessons will take place and how the times of these will be organised.

In the first theoretical phases you will learn the basic rules of scuba diving, how to move correctly in the water and regulate your breathing by paying attention to the pressure underwater. Once you've mastered this first module of the course, it's time to put on the suit provided by the center and dive in!

The dives you will undertake during the week of the course will take place first in the pool and then in the sea, giving you the opportunity to practice the theoretical notions learned, always accompanied by the teacher who will make your diving course fun and safe.

The objective of this path, which will introduce you to the world of submarining, is to help you acquire a certain independence in the sea. In fact, you will be able to carry out real scuba diving on your own, managing situations of every eventuality and putting into practice all the rules and techniques learned during the diving course.

At the end of the various lessons you will obtain an internationally recognized certification which will enable you to dive together with a partner up to a depth of 18 metres, such as thePADI Open Water Diver, an official certification which follows a tripartite structure .
