The Basic Life Support course will allow you to learn first aid techniques such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (known as CPR) and other first aid sequences.
By learning these techniques, you will learn how to keep the heart and brain oxygenated by practicing artificial respiration and circulating blood in the body through chest compressions.
The CPR - BLS & Medical First Aid course consists of 4 hours of theoretical lessons using audiovisual material followed by one hour of practice with one of our mannequins on which you can put the techniques learned into practice.
