Deal overview

Description of Baptism of the sea in Barcarello 1 hour and 30 minutes

We organize a 1 hour and 30 minute baptism of the sea with our certified specialists in Barcarello, with the aim of helping you develop a close relationship with the marine ecosystem.

The Barcarello beach is located in Sferracavallo, one of the most beautiful and ancient villages in western Sicily, famous for its bathing establishments. The area alternates sandy parts and parts of cliffs that extend up to Monte Gallo, where the lighthouse is located, the main element of the landscape that is immediately recognisable.

In this area there is a spectacular coral reef with rich biodiversity that is home to thousands of very fragile organisms that need to be protected. We want you to understand the life of these creatures in depth so that you feel involved in their protection which we consider essential. We love the sea and we want to make you reflect on its value. In fact, the teachers will have the task of showing you both the general techniques of this sport with theoretical and practical lessons, and respect for the animals of the area.

The activity, which takes place at a depth of 6 metres, is aimed at all family members aged 8 and over, who do not need to have any skills in water sports. The structure provides all the necessary equipment, including mask, wetsuit, gloves, snorkel, fins and tank, essential elements to make the adventure wonderful.

Come with friends and relatives and begin this spectacular experience in the sea of Palermo, we are waiting for you!
