A course to start loving this incredible sport, it is a course for beginners consisting of a total of 4 hours divided into 3 days with single lessons lasting approximately one and twenty hours. /strong> The teaching is divided into a first theoretical part and a second practical part.
In the practical lessons students will be taught safety at sea, the various techniques for using the paddle, movement of the feet and the position to maintain on the board, balance techniques, turning the board.
The theoretical lessons focus on how waves are created and formed, the true story of the birth of the SUP, the drawings of the boards, how the tides work, safety at sea and much more.
School membership, insurance and equipment rental are included in the price.
