Your safety comes first for us: through a briefing we will explain the notions of the sup activity, furthermore our qualified staff will help you with any doubts you may have, also providing you with the necessary equipment to carry out the activity in complete safety.
We recommend having a minimum age of 10 years, a basic swimming level, bringing with you an identity card or passport and personal items such as flip-flops and a towel, the materials you will need to use our SUP such as life jacket, paddles and board will be provided by our sports center.

The SUP rental programconsists in everyone being inside the Marina di Brindisi port, where our qualified staff will explain the notions to you through a briefing of the SUP. We will set off towards Punta Penne and the activity will last 2 hours and after which you can admire the breathtaking landscape and test your balance on the table!
