Our Sports Association Apulia Multiadventure is located on the Lido di Cala Materdomini in Brindisi and we take care of various activities to entertain you this summer!

The activities we offer are numerous and are divided between land activities such as trekking , climbing , caving , and maritime activities such as snorkeling , kayak , sup , banana boat and many more!

Our center also has a diving school, thanks to which you can follow all types of diving courses and obtain the respective international certificates, such as the PTRD and SSI certificate.

In these courses you will be accompanied by our qualified instructors who will explain through a briefing how to use the diving equipment and how to adapt to the pressure, as well as you will also have the possibility to choose other courses in which you can immerse yourself in the waters independently.

Our center has numerous activities that will make you enjoy yourself to the fullest: some of the activities proposed are those of trekking , climbing , caving , and between the aquatic ones we offer snorkeling , kayaking , sup , banana boat , boat trips a and many more!

If you also want to learn the notions of diving , our center has a diving school where you can choose from basic courses such as the "baptism" in which you will immerse yourself. with one of our certified instructors, or if you want to live this experience all by yourself, we have for you the possibility of diving independently.

The banana boat is an aquatic activity that can reach high speeds, so it is important to have good reflexes and above all balance. This activity consists of sitting on a banana-shaped inflatable, and the participants will have to hold on to the ropes placed above the banana boat and be ready to be towed by a boat that will perform maneuvers and shows making you experience sensations unique and lots of laughs!

The requirements for the banana boat are to be over 10 years old, have a basic swimming level and bring your personal items such as identity documents, towel and flip flops with you. kayaking is a water sport practiced on a light boat which can be made of fiberglass or plastic in pleasure boats. The boat is set in motion by one or two people with double paddle oars, so you can live this experience accompanied by a friend and create memorable memories!

Furthermore, in addition to the possibility of going alone, if you want you can be accompanied by a monitor that hires an excursion.

The kayak excursion that we propose is along the coast towards Punta Penne and for lovers of this discipline we also have a program Kayak Diving with snorkeling both day and night.

paddle surfing , also known as SUP , is an aquatic activity that consists of balancing on a light board similar to that of surfing helping you with a paddle, which will allow you to transport yourself on the water!

Our sports center prepares paddle surf excursions every time so that you can enjoy this fun and relaxing activity. You have the possibility to rent the SUP yourself for an excursion, or to request a SUP course to learn the notions of this aquatic discipline.

The SUP excursions that we propose take place on the coast of Brindisi towards Punta Penne , you will have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking landscape and relax by putting test your balance on the board.

It is advisable to have a minimum age of 10 years, a basic level of swimming, to bring with you an identity card and personal items such as flip flops and a towel, the materials you will need to take advantage of our SUP excursions as a life jacket, paddles and board will be provided by our sports center.
