After a short initial briefing on land where all the paddling techniques will be explained to you, one will follow in the water to let you immediately put the knowledge you have acquired into action and check how you get on.
With an expert tourist guide who will lead the way, you will all head together either to the fantastic Nero Caves, where you willadmire the remains of Nero's mega villa, or we will proceed towards Nettuno with its point of historical interest of the Second World War: the Landing of Anzio. Going in one direction or the other will only depend on the weather and tide conditions!
