Description of SUP training excursion at dawn of 2.30 hours

The SUP tour can be participated in groups of 2 to a maximum of 7 participants. Come with your friends and family to discover the most beautiful part of the north of Sardinia on SUP.

We suggest you visitCala Girgolu or Porto Istana, Porto San Paolo or Cala Moresca and other locations in Northern Sardinia. All spectacular points where you can practice complete physical and mental activity (mindfulness). Upon request also a small guided meditation.

For you, 2 or 3 federally qualified instructors and lifeguards who will explain the basic techniques of SUP (paddleboard), first on the beach and then continuing on tour. You will be offered a mini break. You will experience a different and unforgettable moment.

Stand Up Paddling is a water sport that allows you to gain balance and master the waves on a smooth board and a paddle. This activity is for everyone, experts and inexperienced, young and old.

Participants must be at least 7 years of age to ride a board alone (parent will have another).

Our center will provide you with all the necessary equipment: SUP board, paddle, leash, dry bag and on request, life jacket, AiCS insurance.

Come and have fun in this paradise. Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance. We can't wait to see you!

The SUP sporting activity in North East Sardinia will take place at approximately 05:30 (and in any case 30 minutes before sunrise)..
