Sup excursion to Cala Girgolu of 3 hours

In the north of Sardinia there is Cala Girgolu, a paradise of crystal clear waters that you will explore with our team on a SUP training excursionof 3 hours . You will also get to know the Caletta della Tartaruga with its beautiful beach, which is famous for the shape of the rock that recalls the animal from which it takes its name. A stretch of coast that will leave you speechless from the first moment.

Stand Up Paddle is a water sport that is practiced by paddling standing up on a board. The goal isto glide on the wonderful sea that surrounds us and keep your balance throughout your sporting activity.

Being a cross between surfing and canoeing, theSUPis the best way to experience the sea and get to know it. Withour qualified instructors, I learned the basic techniques for a safe excursion.

Furthermore, for the Tour, our center provides you with all the equipment you will need: the paddle board, the paddle, the life jacket leash (on request) and the dry bag for storing all your personal items.

The minimum age of participants is 7 years old becausestarting from that age, children are able to get on their own board by themselves (the parent will have his own board).
In our SUP Tours a mini break will be offered.

We organize two different shifts, one at 8.00 and one at 18.
