Description of 3-hour Sup excursion to Cala Girgolu

In the north of Sardinia there is Cala Girgolu, a paradise of crystal clear waters that you will explore with our team on a 3-hour SUP training excursion . You will also get to know the Caletta della Tartaruga with its beautiful little beach, which is famous for the shape of the rock which recalls the animal from which it takes its name. A stretch of coast that will leave you speechless from the first moment.

Stand Up Paddle is a water sport that is practiced by paddling standing on a board. The goal is toslide on the wonderful sea that surrounds us and maintain balance throughout the sporting activity.

Being a cross between surfing and canoeing, SUP is the best way to experience the sea and get to know it. Withour qualified instructors, I learned the basic techniques for a safe excursion.

Furthermore, for the Tour, our center provides you with all the equipment you will need: the paddle board, the paddle, the life jacket leash (on request) and the dry bag to store all your personal items.

The minimum age of participants is 7 years because from that age children are able to get on their own board alone (the parent will have his own board).
In our SUP Tours a mini break will be offered.

We organize two different shifts, one at 8.00 and one at 18.00.

How long the activity lasts

The SUP training excursion in Cala Girgolu has a total duration of 2.30 hours / 3 hours. It is necessary to show up 40 minutes before the start of the activity.

When your activity starts and finishes

The activity organized betweenOlbia and San Teodoro has two shifts: one in the morning at 8.00 and one in the afternoon at 18.00.
