- Clothing to be provided by the players (it is recommended to wear long trousers, a long-sleeved shirt, sneakers or trekking shoes - preferably camouflage - and contact lenses - for those who wear glasses) when practicing sport.
How long the activity lasts
The expected duration of the match is 2 hours.
When your activity starts and finishes
The time to which the night rate refers is the one that requires artificial lighting. The starting time varies from 6.00 pm in the winter period to 8.00 pm in the summer period.
