Rafting 10 km Balmuccia-Varallo/ Sesia Gorges

Very suggestive and exciting routes suitable for everyone, beginners and experts. Can be done depending on the flow rate of the river.

Classic
It is the rafting descent of a stretch of river known throughout the world. The route starts from Balmuccia, where our Center is located and ends in Varallo (10 km long).
In this part of the river there are many rapids with suggestive names (Trancia, Slalom, Ubriaco etc.) which have made the history of rafting and which will satisfy both novices and more experienced rafters. Adrenaline and emotions, interspersed with stretches of calmer water where you can catch your breath and enjoy the splendid landscape.

Sesia Gorges
Descent of a canyon, intense and spectacular, a mix of rafting, canyoning and river trekking. A complete river experience.
Section: from Muro to Balmuccia (nautical base)
Length: 3 km
Difficulty: medium

Each participant must bring: swimsuit, sneakers, long-sleeved shirt (better wool, fleece or lycra) and shower equipment. Keep in mind that all these clothes will get wet during the descent....

Participants must have sufficient swimming skills, have no psychophysical contraindications to sports practice and comply with the Centre's regulations, which must be signed for acceptance.

Minimum age 14 years and good psycho-physical condition. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible person.
