Snowshoe hike along Campo Ceraso for 6 hours

Near the Monte Tarino and the glacial cirque of Monte Viglio , the whole Campo Ceraso opens up, a large valley that is part of the Regional Park of the Simbruini Mountains , an area that can be explored with snowshoes .

In fact, we believe that a snowshoe hike is the perfect activity during the winter season to get to know in depth the beauty of this landscape of Frosinone, and that is why we are organizing one and we want you to be part of it.

The meeting point will be Campo Staffi from where we will start together along a path of 14 kilometers with an altitude difference of 370 meters. This route is considered of medium difficulty both for its length and for its duration of 6 hours. It is therefore intended for people with a certain degree of experience, albeit minimal.

The goal of the snowshoe excursion will be to explore the whole area until you reach the Campo Ceraso , a point where you can see the highest peaks of the landscape, it will be a wonderful adventure .

The whole experience will include the guidance of a certified professional who will explain to you the general rules and techniques of this winter sport from the very beginning. By the end of the activity you will have developed all basic snowshoe skills.

Not only do we provide qualified personnel, but also all the necessary equipment to make the experience extraordinary, including snowshoes and poles. It is advisable to bring comfortable clothing to protect yourself from the cold, as well as a backpack where you can store water and food for the adventure.

Each participant of the 5-member groups must be at least 14 years old. Then come with friends and family with whom you will have a lot of fun during a different day. You can also come alone, and if that's the case, we'll add you to a group or other attendees. Book now!
