Cesena Blu , established on 7 July 1992, organizes diving courses with the issue of international NADD-CMAS patents. At the moment it is considered the association that issues more patents in the province of Cesena and Forli. In reality, the history of Cesana Blu dates back to many years earlier, it was around the eighties, when a group of professional Subs decide to join in an association, it was the period where ANIS was about to be born.
All patents issued and teaching are ISO-EN certified by EUF and UNITER.

The school is a non-profit amateur sports association, which organizes diving courses of various levels and specialization courses ranging from day and night deep diving, specialized in orientation, underwater rescue, marine biology up to including courses technicians with nitrox, decompression diver air and extended range blends.
Among the objectives of Cesano Blu there is not only to propose numerous activities, the association tries to raise awareness towards the protection of the environment and create a real ecological awareness.
The school is an instructor training center.
