Diving is a perfect sporting activity for all those who want to get to know our Blue Planet, observe the flora and fauna that inhabit it and let themselves be overwhelmed by its magnificence.

Roma Sub is an association that boasts more than 25 years of activity at the Forum Sport center and the Villa York sports club. The reality of Roma Sub was born from the desire to transform one's passion into a real job and with the aim of disseminating and spreading the strong emotions and enthusiasm that the underwater world offers.

At our center you will not only be able to approach diving for recreational purposes, but you will be able to follow real courses that over time will lead you to become a true professional.

The packages we offer range from basic courses open to all those who want to learn to dive safely and suitable for all ages, to advanced courses chosen mainly by those who want to get started with sport diving up to specialty courses.

We not only organize diving courses, but also freediving: you can start with the basic freediver course, if your goal is to obtain basic skills, if you are already an expert your goal is to reach new limits of time and depth then you can opt for the advanced freediver course.
