Sasà Sub Diving Center is Diving school and technical assistance center specialized in Puglia.
The instructor and manager of this diving center and diving school located in Porto Cesareo is Salvatore Gubello, who will make all his experience available to customers, gained in more than thirty years of diving activity throughout Europe, and the great knowledge of the seabed in the Porto Cesareo area, obtained over a lifetime dedicated to the sea and this sport.
Salvatore is constantly updated and very active in the field of research, with numerous collaborations with university bodies, to which he offers technical and underwater assistance during marine surveys or sampling and biometric detection activities of marine organisms, as well as during trips of photographic detection, installation of current meter anchors and oceanographic instruments and as a guide in diving for scientific personnel. In addition to this, the instructor is a Promoting Member of the environmentalist committee for the Porto Cesareo marine park, which is actively engaged in the promotion and dissemination of knowledge of the splendid seabed that extends in the area of the area protected marina.
Environmental commitment and scientific dissemination in schools are an integral part of the activities of the Centro Sasà Sub.
During all periods of the year, Salvatore will be happy to accompany you on dives in the most surprising and evocative sites of the Park, with diving itineraries adaptable to all levels of certification held by divers and will be able to provide technical, training and educational support , to divers interested in participating in a training course at the school, in the complete range of proposals ranging from OpenWaterDiver to the Divemaster certification.
The prestigious teaching on which Sasà Sub Diving Center relies is the NASE, for which it is accredited to issue internationally recognized patents.
The center is also equipped for photo and video diving, you can in fact rent (and purchase) all the material and equipment necessary for your experiences at sea.
The dives are chosen and organized based on the level of preparation and experience of the participants who, upon request, can also organize full-day excursion proposals including lunch on board the boat used by the centre.
