Scilla Diving Center for over 10 years it has been a constantly evolving point of reference for divers at the beginning of Chianalea, the ancient district of Scilla, located directly on the beach.
The diving center extends over a total area of over 300 square meters divided by function: technical area, teaching room, secretariat and the spacious veranda which serves as a meeting point.
Precisely in this area, diving trips, both day and night, depart every day towards the many diving points in the area, all quickly reachable thanks to the short navigation distance, which never exceeds fifteen minutes of travel: most think for example that most of the diving points are located right in front of the Diving.
The veranda is also equipped for moments of relaxation for divers, waiting for the dives, whose times are always organized in relation to the tidal currents, from the first dives at 9.30 am to the night dives, with an advantage for the participants to be able to choose between many departures and make the activity coincide with one's commitments.
The educational activity of Scilla Diving Center, however, almost always takes place in the afternoon.
The organized courses are courses recognized at an international level and in support of SSI teaching, aimed at issuing a patent for the same, and start from the first level, Open water, up to the professionalizing level of Divecontrol underwater guide.
The periods of greatest intensity coincide for the Scilla Diving Center with the organization of eight/nine sea trips per day, including recreational dives and those included in the courses, and always take place with groups that do not exceed ten participants.
The certified guides who manage the activities ofScilla Divingboast a very deep knowledge of the seabed of the area, lending their experience and professionalism to the diving members since 1990.
On site you can deposit the diving material, rinse it and complete your equipment by renting any part of the material you need.
The means by which you reach the diving points are comfortable dinghies on board which you can reach the desired destinations in a short time, and which can be taken directly from the venue.
