The headquarters of the SSP, Professional Sub School diving center is located in Taranto in one of the most beautiful bays on the coast. SSP Diving is founded by a group of professionals and lovers of diving, with the aim of promoting the practice of this sport at all levels, and making known the beauty of the seabed of Salento.
The SSP, Professional Sub School is a diving school, it is possible to attend courses for all levels and specialties, the teaching used by the school is SSP. A comfortable classroom with multimedia facilities is used by the students for theory lessons supported by telematic and video media which focus on the chemistry and physics of diving, the physiology of diving and diving equipment, all topics are covered by instructors with experience in the military and civil and professionally. The average duration of the courses to obtain the patent is approximately one week.
The SSP has a minibus for the shuttle service to and from the station and to the affiliated accommodation facilities. It offers members who wish to stay rooms on a B&B basis. Organizes diving weeks in the winter months on the beautiful coral reef in the Red Sea. The SSP also has a large car park where members can also use it to store boats, campers and caravans. The rooms owned by SSP are available all year round for our members.
