Subaquando Diving Club a.s.d. is the diving club and diving school of the city of Bologna.
The Club is voluntarily small in size so as not to lose the advantages that the family dimension presents, for this reason the patented Instructors PADI and SSI operate on groups of up to eight people, to guarantee a climate of interchange and mutual knowledge, as well as focused attention, which the management of large masses does not allow.
Diving with the Sabaquando is almost like relying on a personalized training program, we advance all together and no detail or help is left out, with considerable advantages for the technique.
Nevertheless, for special needs, the Center also offers courses for adults only or personalized, for couples, for small groups and individuals.
The agreements with different centers also abroad allow not only to make wonderful exotic trips, but also to conclude the theoretical training course and the exercises in the pool by putting themselves to the test all together with open water dives in the Red Sea rather than in other sites of particular interest.
Subaquando Diving Club provides:
• Basic-OpenWaterDiver course: enabling immersion of a maximum depth of 18 meters. It consists of 6 theoretical lessons and 6 practical lessons of pool exercise and includes 4 conclusive dives in the sea of the course. Except for the strictly personal parts of the equipment (fins, mask with snorkel, wetsuit), the diving center will provide you with everything you need to dive, including a didactic kit necessary in the theoretical phase. The availability of our center can also be demonstrated in the extension of the course with additional free lessons: our divers will be prepared properly to be able to dive in total safety and be autonomous.
• Advanced courses : starting from the Advanced Open Water Diver up to the level of Instructor , the Club supports all courses aimed at achieving of intermediate sports and educational training patents as well as of different specializations such as those supported by courses in marine biology, underwater photography, orientation and many others.
• Specialty courses : a very rich range of specialty courses aims to extinguish all the possible desires of the students, from night diving to deep diving, from orientation with the aid of a compass to courses of research and recovery, to wreck diving and many many others, up to courses not strictly aimed at diving, such as those for the patent of a technician in repair and maintenance of diving equipment and the very important EFR - Emergency First Responder.
